As the full moon rises and the Spring Equinox brings in a fresh season of light, we invite you to join us for a nourishing evening of nature, connection, and transformation.

​This mini retreat is designed to help you release what no longer serves you and create space for new beginnings. With forest bathing, meditation, and yoga, you’ll experience the healing power of nature and mindfulness, all guided by local practitioners in a supportive, community-focused atmosphere.

Forest Bathing & Fire Ritual with Rebecca

Connect with nature, feel the healing power of the forest, and release anything you’re ready to let go of, as we embrace the full moon’s energy.

Soothing Meditation with Vicki

Supporting a Local Cause

All proceeds from this event will go to 1st Camelsdale Scouts to support the much-needed refurbishment of the Scout Hut—a vital space for our community.

Night Pastures
our summer day retreat 

This was a delicious day retreat encompassing a 90-minute Power Yoga Practice, Guided Tapping Meditation, Yin Inspired Stretch and Relax to end the day as well as a scrumptious lunch and refreshments. This was a countryside day retreat between the hours of 9am and 2.30pm. The home for this mini summer escape was in the beautiful rustic setting of the Night Pastures in Fernhurst, nestled on the borders of the South Downs National Park and an area of outstanding natural beauty.

Power Yoga in
30ft yurt 

The retreat was hosted by nu retreats founder Katie Resnick who guided the group through an uplifting power yoga practice for 90-minutes in the 30ft yurt in the centre of Night Pastures. Power yoga is known as a physical form of yoga but Katie ensured the session was for all levels so everyone could take the practice at their own pace. Vicky Grützner from Bridgewood Wellness raised vibrations even further with an introduction to EFT and Guided Tapping Meditation. A second 60-minute Yin inspired Stretch and Relax practice ended the day leaving everyone nourished and rejuvenated for the weekend ahead. There was of course some time to relax and soak up the sun as well as time to walk and explore the beautiful surroundings. A delicious alfresco lunch by Olive and Bloom Grazing was served on the decking of the yurt along with refreshments to keep the group comfortable and hydrated throughout.
