Autumn Equinox Evening Retreat

As the Autumn Equinox arrives, day and night come into balance, and so can we. After the full and busy energy of summer... giving to others, making memories, soaking up the sunshine... it's time to gently turn inwards.
This seasonal shift invites you to pause, breathe and return to yourself. To feel gratitude for all the richness of summer… and create space to slow down, rest, and reflect.
Make your Friday evening special and join us in the beautiful, peaceful grounds of the Camelsdale Scouts Hut for a nurturing evening of Forest Bathing, Gentle Yoga and Guided Meditation.


No experience is needed — just an open heart and a willingness to take some time for you.
You’ll be guided to:
🌲 Reconnect with nature and calm your nervous system through Forest Bathing with Rebecca, the ancient Japanese practice of mindful walking in woodland.
🕯️ Lie back and soften into a Sumptuous Guided Meditation with Vicki, helping you reflect on what’s nourishing you — and what it’s time to let go of.
🧘♀️ Move your body with Gentle Flow and Restorative Yoga, suitable for everyone, inspired by autumn’s slower rhythm with Katie.
And if that isn't enough to tempt you, this is more than just a retreat — it’s a chance to give back while giving to yourself. We’re proud to be partnering with 1st Camelsdale Scouts, who will receive 25% of all profits raised.

Night Pastures
our summer day retreat
This was a delicious day retreat encompassing a 90-minute Power Yoga Practice, Guided Tapping Meditation, Yin Inspired Stretch and Relax to end the day as well as a scrumptious lunch and refreshments. This was a countryside day retreat between the hours of 9am and 2.30pm. The home for this mini summer escape was in the beautiful rustic setting of the Night Pastures in Fernhurst, nestled on the borders of the South Downs National Park and an area of outstanding natural beauty.

The retreat was hosted by nu retreats founder Katie Resnick who guided the group through an uplifting power yoga practice for 90-minutes in the 30ft yurt in the centre of Night Pastures. Power yoga is known as a physical form of yoga but Katie ensured the session was for all levels so everyone could take the practice at their own pace. Vicky Grützner from Bridgewood Wellness raised vibrations even further with an introduction to EFT and Guided Tapping Meditation. A second 60-minute Yin inspired Stretch and Relax practice ended the day leaving everyone nourished and rejuvenated for the weekend ahead. There was of course some time to relax and soak up the sun as well as time to walk and explore the beautiful surroundings. A delicious alfresco lunch by Olive and Bloom Grazing was served on the decking of the yurt along with refreshments to keep the group comfortable and hydrated throughout.
