Thank you for taking the time to learn more about nu retreats.
nu retreats was born from a simple but powerful desire: to experience life with more presence, ease and meaning. It is where my love of creating beautiful, nourishing experiences meets my deep commitment to yoga, wellbeing and authentic connection, all while honouring the centre of my life, my family.

I am a mother of three young children, all born naturally at home, supported by my husband and my mum, who is also a midwife. Hypnobirthing and the calm, grounded environments we created for each birth profoundly shaped me. Those experiences became my first real step into living more consciously, understanding how breath, mindset and nervous system regulation can transform both body and mind.
Yoga entered my life fully soon after, and becoming a qualified yoga teacher quite honestly changed everything. Yoga gave me a sense of freedom, not just physically, but emotionally and mentally too. It taught me how to pause, to listen inwardly, and to create space in a life that can so easily feel full.

nu retreats exists to offer that same space to you.

This is a place for women who give a lot, to their work, their families, and others, and who are ready to give something back to themselves. Whether you are navigating motherhood, pregnancy, a demanding career, or simply the quiet sense that you want more ease and alignment, you are welcome here.

Yoga, to me, is far more than movement on a mat. It is a way of being. A continual practice of growth, self-inquiry and gentle transformation. I am constantly learning, from ancient yogic teachings, from modern life, and from my own lived experience and I share these insights through my classes, workshops and retreats in a way that feels accessible, grounding and real.
​You don’t need to be “good at yoga”. You don’t need to have lots of time. You simply need the willingness to pause.
If your days are full, if your diary feels busy, if time for yourself often sits at the bottom of the list, nu retreats is for you.
Throughout the year I offer carefully curated experiences, from weekly classes to pregnancy and birth workshops, day retreats and overnight escapes, each designed to help you reconnect, reset and feel more like yourself again.


My intention is simple: to make your day a little brighter, your body a little more at ease, and your inner world a little quieter.
